Project Description

The Cersonsky lab is developing scikit-matter, a collection of machine learning utilities emerging from the materials science and chemistry communities. Compatible with scikit-learn, it integrates state-of-the-art machine learning techniques for atomistic simulation.

Interns gain experience with atomistic machine learning, integrating new techniques into the platform, managing pull requests, creating examples with materials science datasets, and updating documentation.
