Project Description

The JuliaPhylo project offers tools for phylogenetic analysis in Julia, with a core focus on phylogenetic trees and networks. Developers are currently working on a major refactoring effort towards a more modular ecosystem.

Interns assist in creating a website for the JuliaPhylo organization, implementation of new tools, and refactoring existing code to improve the search for parsimonious networks.
